01 CONCEPT DESIGN
We start by creating mood boards to present you with an early visual example of how your internal spaces will look and feel. This is a collaborative process where we gain a better understanding of how you hope to use the finished space and what colours and materials you are more drawn to. To develop and create your interior design scheme we will also provide sketch plans to show possible layout configurations for furniture and fixtures.
02 TECHNICAL DESIGN
We produce detailed drawings with information suitable for builders, plumbers, electricians and other trades to work from. This ensures that the design vision is communicated correctly and built as expected. The plans and elevations will provide information on any structural changes e.g. movement of walls and the finer details, such as, socket and switch locations and lighting layouts. We can also provide detailed drawings for bespoke joinery items, stairs and kitchen layouts.
03Â SPECIFICATION SCHEDULES
We can provide detailed specification lists of all the finishes, fixtures and furnishings, along with supplier information and prices, for either your builder or yourself to procure. Having all this information in one handy schedule is extremely beneficial and can be used to control budgets.
04Â 3D VISUALS
To help you to visualise the end result we model your property in 3D and can produce rendered views to show how different furniture layouts and finishes impact the rooms.
05 LIGHTING DESIGN
Lighting is an important aspect of interior design and can elevate the internal architecture and change the atmosphere of a room. We can provide reflected ceiling plans showing the arrangement and types of light fittings and create multi-functional lighting schemes that work best for your project.
06 KITCHEN DESIGN
Working closely with your chosen kitchen supplier we can make sure that the design not only compliments your lifestyle but also uses the space you have to its full potential. Our design process takes into account artificial lighting, availability of natural daylight, garden access, amount of storage required, appliances and the overall flow of your home. We can provide 3D visuals to give you a clear idea of what the finished kitchen will look like, giving you the confidence that it will be a perfect fit for your home.
